My plans for today.
Eating: In an effort to better take care of my growing fetus, I'm going to look around the house for foods I normally really enjoy. I've got sweet peas, chick peas, mac & cheese, tilapia, and those fresh grapes from my parent's yard. I think I've still got sherbet in the deep freeze, and we have tomatoes and bread for tomato sandwiches - yum!
Laundry: I've got a load for the twins in the dryer, and a load for myself in the wash. After that I'll start a load of crayon clothes...thank the heavens for OxiClean Free! If all goes well, I'll defeat the black crayon and be able to move on to sheets and blankets.

Aquarium: I don't even want to confront this one! I've got a dead crawdad in an almost empty aquarium that I have put off dealing with for two months. I am not proud of myself. I need to drain & empty the aquarium, then move it and all fish supplies out of the way to setup our old busted computer.
Storage: I don't expect to take anything to storage today - after all, storage is near work, and I'm going to work tomorrow. But I do need to load my van tonight with as many tubs as possible. I have 17 smaller tubs filled with books, and close to 20 18gal tubs filled with other junk. My van can generally hold at least 8 of the big tubs (if I take the bicycles out). I think I can cram several small tubs in too if I really try. Getting those tubs out of my living room will greatly improve the clutter and mood in the house.
Outside: Hubby moved the power wheels jeeps onto the porch for me last night before the rain began, and I set the tomato plants in a good spot to catch rain without being destroyed. Other than a trip to the store for milk and cokes, we'll probably stay inside all day.
Music: The twins need some music time today; after the husband goes to work this afternoon, we'll break out our instruments, turn on the star station, and go to town!
Reading: I'm planning on getting at least 3 of 7 library books read to the children today. Also, I'd like to finish up our Dick and Jane series in the coming weeks.
Money Jar: I need to setup a collection jar today in our kitchen; it will be for the "Thanksgiving Cabin Fund." Last December hubby's maternal family had a small reunion at a cabin in a state park about 30-45 minutes from here. Me, hubby, and the twins stayed in one cabin, while hubby's 2 aunts, 1 uncle, 2 cousins, and 1 second cousin stayed in the cabin next door. We had a great time! We spent 2.5 days and 2 nights there, and even in the rain, it was beautiful. This year we're hoping to do it again, in November this time. The twins have been begging to go back, so I think they will be glad to donate some pennies to our money jar. We'll likely have the same arrangements as last year with two tiny differences - 1) a new baby & 2) hubby's mom will actually get to stay this time (last year she had to work and attend a funeral, so she didn't stay the night).
Positivity: I've really got to focus on this one! The kids are being a bit rowdy, so I need to have patience. If I get angry it makes things worse. The husband is still asleep, and won't get up till after 10 or 11, so I'd like to keep the kids as quiet as possible. It will be hard to stay happy on this rainy day, but I'm going to try.
I'll return tonight with the results of our day. Now I'm off to make breakfast and do laundry!
