Thursday - Friday

Thursday:
My parents watched the kids.
I went to the doctor.
They took blood to rule out pre-eclampsia (the ONLY symptom I had was seeing stars).
My iron level was fine, blood pressure 100/50, and no protein in the urine - great, great, and great.
Baby's heart rate varied from 120-158 - great.
I am 2.5-3 cm dilated - yes, in a week I went from 0-3 cm.
My cervix is still thick.
I gained 1.5 pounds in a week.
The doctor is still pushing for an elective induction.

Friday:
Hubby slept till noon.
Hubby got in the attic (he is pissed at how I had taken things and rearranged 2 summers ago) and he got down the crib(s).
He was really mean about the fact that I had moved the screws for the cribs to storage; I moved them because that bag also had the screws for 2 other pieces of furniture that I moved to storage. I intended for the cribs to go to storage too, but it never happened. I got my butt chewed OUT. I can't believe how well I held back the tears.
At least we have the cribs down now...2 pieces can go back up (or to storage with most everything else).
I took the kids to storage tonight and spent an hour digging out the screws - I knew where they were - in the corner - under a huge pile of bagged items. Next to a million spiders and their egg sacks...you know, in that pile of roach droppings and eggs.
I removed a LOT of beat-up toys, video racks, and clothes - then we took them to Hannah Home for donation.
As far as I know, we now have everything we need to assemble the crib - except a place to put it.

I'm so tired now - I could die.
Hubby's mom, who JUST got healed from her fractured tibia and fibula, now has a fracture in her foot. It was not detected by x-ray - it took a CT scan to find it.
We are skipping the Butterbean Festival tomorrow for the first time ever. Instead, we may go build at Home Depot and go to story time at Books-A-Million. Or, we may just stay home.
T is starting to cut her second adult tooth. J's teeth are still not loose.
